Status Reimbursment of Car fuel bills & Medical bill to the employee after abolishment of FBT

Dear Sir,
Pls. clear about the reimbursement of fuel expenses by employer to the employees on the basis of submission of bills on monthly basis & medical re imbursement to employee by employer by more than Rs.15 k (for employees & his dependent in the hospital not maintained by the employer).
In case of re imbursement of fuel expenses on the submission of bills by employer,Employer was paying FBT till the last year now since the FBT has been abolished in this budget will now the employees will have to pay tax on that reimbursement amount.
Second is about the medical reimbursement of above nature which was tax free up to Rs.15 k will now this still be tax free up to Rs. 15 k after abolishment of FBT.
Pls clear both cases.
