My husband and I filed he filed injured spouse our bankruptcy was discharged but they still haven't released our refund though they say we should get it the treasure web site still says it went to third party but the third party said no so whats up what can I do?

We were discharged march 2011 and not sure what to do. We faxed all the validated papers the court got them but nothing. Should I contact my Bankruptcy attorney, can she help or what can I do H and R block said they have done all they can do. Help please.

2010 I was paid a $20,000.00 commision and was taxed on it. In January 2011 i found out i will have to pay back $12.300.00 for an over payment. How do i recover the tax money paid in 2011 on the original $20,000.00

What does it mean when it says my refund is processing and if I don't owe or processing delays I should receive it by feb 9th? Does that mean I will get it because that's on a Tuesday?

That usually means you can count on it being there by the date specified. However, refunds are typically deposited on Fridays.
