I’m 70 years old. I have been very sick.

I moved from florida last July to Indiana to be with family.

How will this affect my taxes?

Moved From CA to AZ, Which State Do We File In?

by Geri
(Maricopa, AZ)

We are retired and only income is social security and a pension.. no earned income. We moved from CA to AZ in July 2010. Do we file tax return in both states? and if so, do we report 6 month breakdown of our benefits to each state? Very confusing.. Thanks for any advice you can provide.

Moving Expenses (Canada) BC

In September I moved 10000 km to attend college full time. My moving expenses were $800. I received a scholarship in the amount of $3,500 and am eligible for the education amount.
What is the maximum amount of moving expenses can I deduct for the year?

Moving Expenses and Scholarships

The maximum amount of moving expenses you can deduct for the year is limited to the scholarship income you received. In this case, if your scholarship income is $3,500, the maximum deductible moving expenses would be $3,500.
