My mother lives in our home and Provides daycare for our children and we also pay her.

How can we claim or use this as a deduction on our taxes?

You can claim the amount you pay to your mom for childcare by filling out federal form 2441. You will need to provide her name, address, phone number and social security number. She will then need to claim this as self-employment income.
