Owners Equity
by: Anonymous

Once the owner has invested money back into the business how does this affect him? A plus or minus for the business?

Hello,

Thank you for your question.

Typically any money invested into the business would be considered to have a positive effect. It would basically improve the overall equity in the business and therefore would make the business more resellable.
