Tax Deduction If Person Changes 2 Companies

Hello, I was working earlier in bangalore between March 2011 to June 2011 and joined new company in hyderabad from July 2011 to Till date.

I could not take my Form 16 papers from my pervious employeer, and now my present employee wants to deduct salary for whole year basing on present salary.

My present company people are paying 8 months salary and how come they wants to deduct 1 year salary as Tax i dont understand, please suggest me.
