Private Jet Service

I currently work for a company as an employee, and have been asked to attend a year end sales meeting, driving would take about 8-9 hours, commercial airliner would cost approximately $400-$500 round trip...my question is could I use a private jet service and personally absorbing the cost of the private jet or light turbo-prop then deducting this as an unreimbursed business expense on my 2011 tax return?
