Office Space At Home

I work from home using a bedroom as my office space. In the room is my desk, desk top computer, monitor, filing cabinet, 2 printers (One is an all in one printer), desk light and all necessary items for keeping records and doing my computer work. I work as a secret shopper which requires me to use my designated office space 8 to 10 hour a day, 7 days a week on my computer inputting data, answering e-mails form companies and checking for future jobs with several companies. I did this full time in 2010. Can I claim on my income tax the electricity for my office space even though it used to be one of my children's bedrooms 7 years ago?
Thank you for your help,
P.
