Investing In Construction Company In Panama.

Good day, I would like to recieve some information regarding my question, please.
My incorporation just finished the prosess of refinancing, and because of that I have some funds that I would like to invest in a construction company in Panama.

My question is; am I able to proceed with this transaction, and how do I do it right, in order to be safe towards the law?
