Hud-1 Private Sale and 1098 Question

I bought a home through HUD-1 private sale and make my payments to a Mortgage company that makes the payment to original mortgage holder but the 1098 comes in the original name of buyer. Since she is not financing the loan do I put her name down in the 1098 information or the lender's name?
