EIC Eligible?

My daughter (age 22) attends college in St. Louis but we live in Cincinnati OH. I pay her rent (my name is on the rental contract) and houehold bills. I am divorced. I have not claimed her as a dependant in the past because her mother does. She files taxes on a small summer income. Am I eligible for the EIC?
