Domestic Partner Insurance Premiums Post-Tax?

My domestic partner's medical insurance through my work is taken out post-tax. I know for Federal purposes that can't be used as a deduction on income taxes.

However, I was wondering if anybody knew if it can be deducted on CA income taxes as CA recognizes domestic partners?

I've been searching the internet but haven't found anything concrete about this so I'm hoping to find something solid here.
