Collecting Unemployment

Hello,

My name is Diane and I live in Michigan. I had been working full time and I also had a face painting business that I would do on weekends. My position was eliminated in March of 2010. I filed for unemployment and continued face painting. I am now concerned about whether I will be asked to repay the unemployment? It is a sole proprietorship so I include everything on my joint return with my husband.
