I would have her look into getting a bookkeeper, we are affordable, and to use a program like QuickBooks or Simply Accounting would make like so much easier. Manual bookkeeper is a thing of the past. Even is she invoiced out a 1000 customers a month that still wouldn't take too long to enter in a program like above. Good luck!
