Your PAN Card Form
by: BB

On a PAN card (Permanent Account Number) form, you typically provide your date of birth in the format DD/MM/YYYY. The day (DD) comes first, followed by the month (MM), and then the year (YYYY). For example, if your date of birth is January 15, 1990, you would write it as 15/01/1990 on the PAN card form.
